  • Act as an Independent Mediator to investigate and assess all documentation in relation to the issues on internal Grievances; Conflict; Bullying/Harassment and any other Employment Rights complaints in the Workplace.

  • Advice and support on developing and implementing a performance management process to suit your business needs.
  • Evaluate/enhance an existing performance management process, assess how it is working and make recommendations on improvements.
  • Provide training for managers at all levels to ensure the implementation of the performance management process is fair and equitable.
  • Provide training for employees to help them to understand the performance management process and outline the benefits of engaging in same.

Management and Leadership Development:
  • Facilitate Team Development and effectiveness – Belbin Team Profiling, DiSC Team Profiling, Myers Briggs Type Indicator Team Profiling.
  • Emotional Intelligence Profiling with People Managers.
  • Coaching and Mentoring.
  • Accredited facilitator of FranklinCovey’s Signature Programme – 7 Habits of highly effective people and 1 day Associate Programme.
  • Facilitator of Situational Leadership (Ken Blanchard), Change Management Cycle (Salerno & Brock), Strategic Planning.

HR Metrics and Continuous Improvement:
  • Identification of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate return on investment of human capital.
  • Advanced Analytics – Taking data and applying it to make better decisions about how to manage Human Capital (e.g., predictive analyses.
